As its main ingredient, sliced sea snails are mixed in with thin noodles, dried shredded squid or dried Pollack, and spicy gochujang based sauce. And its sauce is generally made with gochujang (red chili pepper paste), chili pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, salt, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Vegetables may include but not limited to bean sprouts, sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, shredded romaine lettuce as well as scallions. |
